Nurminen Construction prides itself on its commitment to safety. We believe that a safe workplace begins with management commitment to safety, and continues with a thorough training program.  ALL our employees, from our project managers to our foremen, from our field carpenters to our laborers are required to undergo OSHA 30 training.

Our employees are empowered to not only recognize safety issues but correct them before injuries occur. Nurminen Constructions commitment to safety and constant reinforcement of our policies through toolbox talks, helps to maintain a heightened awareness towards safety procedures.

A site-specific Health and Safety Plan (HASP) is created prior to the start of every project, and distributed to all project members. We believe all accidents are preventable – Safety pays for everybody, including lower prices for our clients.
