ELMWOOD PARK, NJ – Nurminen Construction was the awarded contractor for a new ground up supermarket at 180 Broadway for the Inserra family of Shoprite stores.

The store size is 58,868 sf , plus additional 2449 sf mezzanine for offices and breakroom, with an elevator installed to get to the mezzanine.

The back of the building has a roomy 8 bay loading dock for receiving deliveries, and a sound barrier wall was also installed along the perimeter of the property on two sides for its’ residential neighbors

The store features an in house bakery, Inserra’s signature “Patsy’s Butcher” meat department, as well as all of your other grocery store needs and wants!
